I tried the manti and samsa — both were absolutely delicious! The restaurant was very clean, the staff was friendly and quick, and the service was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Definitely recommend! ⭐️

The food was a mixed bag with our party of 7 for lunch on a Wednesday. One plate was great, three plates were a disappointment , and three plates were good. About three of our original menu choices were not available so we had to choose lesser desired plates, and the service was lacking. We did not actually feel overly welcome overall. The website clearly had a special lunch offer but we didn’t know that because the waitress gave us just the main menus and did not mention this. We only realized this later. She just didn’t care. I’d probably come back on my own one day just for the dumplings, but I would not bring a group here again.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Dallas metro area. Bubala is a true hidden gem. The service is always good. The restaurant is so clean with glass properly cleaned, filtered water rather than tap water, white table cloth, proper silverware. It is quiet and relaxing to enjoy your meal. You don’t get this anywhere else nowadays with the price you pay. We are always treated extremely nicely. The chef is an absolute genius, and the food is simply amazing. We have been coming almost every week and really love it.

To celebrate my birthday, my close friend treated me to lunch at this unique restaurant. While I have never enjoyed Eastern European and Uzbeki cuisine, I was excited to try this place. The dining room is quite large, and off to the right there is an entertainment space, We were promptly greeted, and sat at a large table at the front, as there were 7 of us meeting up for lunch. My dining partner and I ordered the Greek salad to start, along with two orders of the Adjarian Khachapuri egg and cheese bread, an order of the Khinkali soup dumplings, and we wanted to order the Stuffed Cabbage (Golubtsi) rolls, but they were out, so we ordered the Beef Stroganoff to share. The food was exceptional, with different flavors and textures. Beware, some plates do take longer to prepare as they are made fresh. The Greek salad is large enough to share and does come with black olives instead of the standard Kalamata olives. The Khachapuri was amazing! It's a mixture of cheese, with a cooked egg on top and butter. When the dish arrives, you mix the egg and butter into the melted cheese and it heavenly. I’ve been here twice. We always ordered the most popular stuff and then some items we wanted to try. Personally I’d re-order the khachapuri (the cheese bread topped with egg), any of the dumplings, the soups, the lamb chops, and the cabbage rolls (tasted homemade and authentic). The honey cake is also a must! I wanted to love the beef stroganoff, but it just felt average to me. But I’d be willing to give it another try. The only item that didn’t quite hit the mark for us was a fruit drink called kompot. Our server said it was a homemade berry mint drink with just a little sugar. It sounded amazing when described, but we felt scammed when we got the pitcher bc it tasted like ocean spray and was extremely sweet. We had to dilute with sparkling water but it still was not good to me. Maybe it’s my unsophisticated American taste buds. I will come back again because it feels like you’re on vacation when you dine in this restaurant.
